What your Kid will learn?

The best way to get kids interested in programming is by writing games.
Overview and introduction to programming and basics concepts

We will work on game called Penguin🐧

To complete this project, we will use Kenny, a collection of free and open-source video game assets.

We will work on the TechnoTurtle project. Students will follow step-by-step instructions to build programs that solve mazes, create artwork, and play games. The fun begins when students edit code to gain an understanding of the structure of Python scripts. Once familiar with basic concepts, students are introduced to debugging, loops, variables, and conditional logic. Ignite an interest in programming with meaningful activities designed for kids.
  • Draw Pictures
  • Design Colorful Spirographs
  • Create a Mad Lib Generator
  • Invent a Carnival Game
The project goal is to build an interactive game to help them learn English vocabulary and have fun with the Python programming language.

Why is Python a Great Choice for Kids?

Python is easy to learn. The commands and syntax (rules for how code must be laid out) in Python are relatively simple compared to some other programming languages. This makes our Python program for kids easy to get started — even with no experience coding.

Getting Started with Amisina Jr. Academy

During your child’s initial session with AJ Academy, they will undergo an assessment to determine their strengths and weaknesses in the world of coding and programming. This assessment will help our team of instructors determine the best course to begin them on.
